It's a new year for Ava.

Like so many others before, Ava came from an Amish breeder in PA. She was used for breeding, and then taken to be euthanized when she was no longer physically able to produce puppies.

She was emaciated. Under 7lbs. Thrown away like trash. She was lucky enough to taken to a vet who works closely with our rescue. So knowing this case was beyond her scope of care, she asked us to help.

She is also diabetic, emaciated, and very weak, and is receiving B-12 shots, insulin, and a special diet. Her medical bill is already over $2K.

This little girl has a long way to go. But she is a fighter,
